Full Service Planning.
This package is designed to allow you to make all of the fun decisions without having to do the mundane tasks like collecting quotes and chasing down vendors for answers to all of those important questions.
This package includes venue research and procurement, vendor selection with contract review and on-site event management (our day of coordination package), plus access to our online client platform to see real time updates on your planning progress, 12 month checklist, budget and rsvp tracking, and so much more!
It is our job to guide you through the process of planning your wedding while making the whole process stress-free.
Day-of Coordination.
This is what we describe to our clients as an "insurance package for your wedding day"! You want to ensure all of the hard work you've put into your planning actually comes to fruition on the big day! This allows your friends and family to relax and enjoy the day with you.
We are available to you for the entire day to:
Manage vendor arrival
Oversee ceremony and reception set up
Make final vendor payments
Produce the overall event through your custom designed wedding day timeline.
Resolve any last minute problems while you are blissfully unaware of the details.
This package includes a coordinator on site/on call for the full day of your event, as well as, an initial consultation, two check-in meetings at 6 months and 2 months prior to your wedding day, a customized wedding day timeline, and 1 hr of rehearsal supervision.
Design.
We love to encourage each couple to create their own perfect space. Let us help you zone in on your preferences and wedding style while selecting florals, linens, table settings, lighting, furniture rentals, and more!
